As someone who has personally dealt with a narcissistic co-parent, I can attest to the transformative power of The Art of Co-Parenting with a Narcissist. Finn Harlow's no-nonsense approach, coupled with Kevin Howard's engaging narration, made for an enlightening and empowering listening experience. Howard's ability to convey empathy and authority in equal measure kept me engaged, and his pacing was spot-on, never dragging or rushing through key concepts. One area where the audiobook could have excelled even more was in providing specific examples of narcissistic behavior and how to handle them; however, this minor shortcoming is more than made up for by the wealth of strategies and emotional insights provided. Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone struggling with a difficult co-parenting situation.
