His amnesia is not just a plot device, but a genuine obstacle that forces him - and us - to question the nature of identity and memory. Bennett's narration is a standout, bringing Nelson's internal struggle to life with a raw, emotional intensity. The story moves at a breakneck pace, but it's the quieter moments - like Nelson's interactions with the hospital staff - that truly shine. My only critique is that some of the political machinations feel a bit too convenient at times, but it's a minor quibble in an otherwise riveting listen.
