As a fan of both contemporary romance and Christmas stories, I was immediately drawn to 'The Christmas Blanket'. Hannah Chiclana's narration is a standout feature, her ability to capture the essence of each character making the story all the more engaging. Steiner's writing is as sharp as ever, with witty banter and emotional depth that had me hooked from the start. The pacing is excellent, building tension and emotion in just the right places. My only minor critique is that some secondary characters felt a bit one-dimensional, but this didn't detract from the main story.
