As I listened to The One & Only, I found myself drawn into Shea's world and rooting for her as she navigated the twists and turns of her life. Sofia Willingham's narration was a highlight of the audiobook – her voice is engaging and expressive, perfectly capturing the tone and mood of the story. I particularly appreciated the way she brought the supporting characters to life, from Shea's loyal best friend to the charismatic stranger who shakes up her life. If I have any criticisms, it's that the pacing can feel a bit uneven at times – some sections of the story feel a bit rushed, while others drag on a bit too long. Additionally, I felt that Shea's character development was sometimes overshadowed by the supporting cast – I found myself getting more invested in the relationships between the secondary characters than in Shea's own journey. That being said, these are minor quibbles in an otherwise engaging and thought-provoking audiobook. Overall, I would highly recommend The One & Only to fans of character-driven fiction and nuanced explorations of the human experience.
