The Paper Palace

I was drawn into The Paper Palace from the start, thanks to Nan McNamara's expressive narration. She skillfully conveys the emotional turmoil of Elle Bishop as she navigates a summer of revelations and heartbreak. The story is engaging, with a complex web of family relationships and long-held secrets that slowly unravel. One aspect that didn't quite work for me was the occasionally disjointed timeline, which made it hard to keep track of events. However, McNamara's narration helped to mitigate this, and the overall production is well-polished. My only other critique is that some of the supporting characters feel a bit one-dimensional, but this doesn't detract from the overall impact of the story.
