Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

As an audiobook editor, I was thoroughly charmed by There Goes the Groom. Noah Wall's narration is a highlight, bringing a delightful sense of playfulness to the story. His voice is well-suited to the Regency setting, and he expertly conveys the characters' emotions without overplaying them. He's a great find for fans of historical romance, and his performance here is one of the best I've heard in the genre. If I have one criticism, it's that the pacing can feel a bit uneven at times. There are moments where the story jumps forward quickly, and then slows down again. However, this is minor quibble in an otherwise engaging listen. The supporting cast is also somewhat one-dimensional at times, but this doesn't detract from the central romance between Matthew and Lucy. Overall, There Goes the Groom is a delightful listen that's perfect for fans of historical romance and lighthearted fiction.
