AudioBook Atlas

I was hooked from the first chapter. Nash Morgan, our hero, is a Southern gentleman with a quick wit and a body that's as hard as his resolve. Lila Winters' narration of the female lead, Harper, is spot-on, capturing her vulnerability and strength in equal measure. Sebastian York's narration of Nash is equally impressive, bringing a depth of emotion to the character that's often missing in romance novels. The pacing is excellent, with the tension building steadily until it reaches a climax that's as satisfying as it is unexpected. However, I did find the villain's motivations a bit one-dimensional, and the resolution of their storyline a tad too neat. But these are minor quibbles in an otherwise outstanding audiobook. If you're a fan of romance with a side of suspense, and narration that brings the story to life, then 'Things We Hide from the Light' is a must-listen.
