The 4-hour, 22-minute runtime is tight, too—no indulgent tangents or filler sentences. That said, I did wish Graley had included more audible examples (a quick case study of AI in healthcare would’ve been a welcome bonus). The production is crisp, with no distracting background noise, though Weigelt’s occasional mispronunciation of “LaMDA” (as “Lam-dah” instead of “Lam-duh”) slipped through despite his otherwise flawless delivery. If you’ve ever felt intimidated by AI, this is the audiobook to erase that hesitation. It’s not just informative—it’s empowering. Graley’s knack for analogies (comparing AI training to “teaching a child by showing them 10,000 pictures of cats”) turns abstract concepts into tangible understanding.
