As a software developer and project manager, I've seen my fair share of development methodologies come and go. But Patton's user story mapping approach has genuinely changed the way I think about my projects. By breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable pieces, I've been able to identify and fix issues earlier in the development process, saving time and money in the long run. One of the things that really impressed me about this audiobook is the way McCrerey brings Patton's ideas to life. He has a wonderful knack for highlighting key takeaways and illustrating them with real-world examples, making it easy to see how the concepts apply in practice. My only tiny criticism is that there are a few places where the narration feels a bit rushed - McCrerey is so engaging that I found myself wanting him to slow down and savor the ideas just a bit longer!
