About This Audiobook

Ed Warren's 'Werewolf' is a lean, mean, horror machine, delivering a punch that's surprisingly powerful for its length. It's no leisurely stroll through the woods; this is a sprint through a wolf-infested forest, heart pounding, breath ragged. Narrator Todd Haberkorn's performance is nothing short of exceptional, his voice shifting seamlessly from the everyday to the downright chilling. He's a master at building tension, making even the quietest moments feel like a wolf's growl echoing in the distance. What sets this audiobook apart is its ability to blend classic werewolf lore with a modern, visceral edge, making it a must-listen for horror fans craving a quick, intense fix.

Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

I devoured 'Werewolf' in a single sitting, and I'm still feeling the teeth marks. Haberkorn's narration is a tour de force, his voice morphing from smooth and inviting to guttural and terrifying in the blink of an eye. The story itself is a masterclass in economy, packing more scares into its four-and-a-half-hour runtime than some books do in twice the time. The pacing is relentless, each chapter a step further into the wolf's den, with Warren's prose lean and mean, wasting no words on unnecessary description. My only critique? I wish it were longer. But then again, I suppose that's the point - to leave you hungry for more, like a wolf scenting blood. If you're looking for a quick, thrilling horror fix, look no further. Just don't listen alone in the dark.
