Whiskey War

Lori Prince’s portrayal of Dax and Rose is nothing short of brilliant. Her deep, emotive voice gives each character a unique depth that propels the narrative forward with unbridled energy. The chemistry between Dax and Rose is palpable, making their journey through the Great Depression and Prohibition both heartwarming and harrowing. However, there are moments where the pacing feels slightly uneven, particularly in the latter half of the audiobook when the plot could have benefited from a bit more clarity. Despite this minor critique, 'Whiskey War' remains an utterly captivating tale that will leave you eagerly awaiting Stacy Lynn Miller’s next release.
