I devoured Wild Open Hearts in one sitting - the 11-hour runtime flew by thanks to the engaging narration and Nolan's deft storytelling. Duke and Dexter are a great match, capturing the protagonists' opposing personalities and the sparks that fly between them. One of my favorite aspects was the way the story tackled serious topics with humor and sensitivity. If I have a quibble, it's that some of the supporting characters feel a bit one-dimensional, and a few plot twists felt a tad predictable. Still, the overall package is expertly crafted, with a winning blend of humor, romance, and character growth.
