I was hooked from the moment Kimber accidentally climbed into the wrong bed. Raven Hawkins' narration is a perfect match for Paffel's witty dialogue and Kimber's sarcastic inner monologues. Hawkins' ability to switch between Irish brogues and alien accents is a testament to her versatility. The pacing is spot on, balancing humor, romance, and action seamlessly. My only critique is that I wish we'd spent more time exploring the alien culture and less time on human drama. But that's a small quibble in an otherwise delightful listen.
