100 Days of Sunlight

As someone who loves a good rom-com, I was drawn to 100 Days of Sunlight, but it quickly became so much more. Abbie Emmons' narration is a standout feature, her voice capturing Tessa's vulnerability and strength with equal measure. The pacing is steady, allowing the listener to fully immerse themselves in Tessa's world. However, the production could have benefited from some sound effects or music to further enhance the listening experience. Despite this, the story's emotional depth and unique perspective make it a must-listen. I found myself tearing up more than once, and not just at the expected moments. Emmons' use of poetry is a beautiful, if sometimes clunky, addition that adds depth to Tessa's character and her journey. Overall, this is a compelling, emotional listen that will stay with you long after the final word.
