I dove into A Christmas Ghost Story with high hopes, drawn in by Kim Newman's reputation for crafting compelling, atmospheric tales. While the story took a little time to get going, Charlotte Worthing's measured narration helped to build a sense of tension and foreboding that paid off in the end. The production quality was top-notch, with clear, crisp audio that allowed Worthing's subtle performances to shine. One quibble I had was that some of the supporting characters felt a bit underdeveloped, which made it hard to become fully invested in their stories.
