That said, the audiobook isn’t without flaws. Levin’s tendency to conflate *all* progressive policies with Marxism will frustrate listeners who see nuance in, say, climate activism or criminal justice reform. And at times, the pacing drags—especially in the middle chapters, where Levin’s legalistic breakdowns of Supreme Court cases or corporate policies feel like they’re testing the limits of the audiobook format.
