Dan John Miller's narration is a standout feature of this audiobook. His ability to switch between characters, from the idealistic Arrowsmith to the jaded Dr. Gottlieb, is nothing short of impressive. However, some of the story's secondary characters feel underdeveloped, which can make certain plot points less impactful than they might otherwise be.
