Jessica Almasy’s narration is the secret weapon here. Her voice isn’t overly drawn-out or affected; instead, she lets the story’s humor and heartache shine through natural inflections. The audiobook clocks in at just over ten hours, and while the pacing is generally tight, there are a few lulls where the plot drags slightly—nothing major, but noticeable.
