Charon

As a huge fan of paranormal romance, I couldn't wait to dive into Charon, and Ada Sinclair's narration did not disappoint. Her ability to convey the characters' emotions and the story's atmospheric setting made it easy to become fully invested in the world of Aeaea. One of the things that really stood out to me was the development of the romance between Charon and his quarry – it's clear that Alessa Thorn has a deep understanding of the complexities of love and relationships, and she brings a level of nuance to the story that's all too rare in the genre. That being said, there were a few moments where the pacing felt a bit rushed – particularly in the latter half of the book. I would have loved to see a bit more build-up to the climax, as it felt like things were resolved a bit too quickly. Additionally, some of the supporting characters felt a bit one-dimensional, particularly the villain – while they were certainly menacing, I felt like I didn't get a deep enough understanding of their motivations or backstory. However, these are relatively minor quibbles, and overall, I would highly recommend Charon to fans of paranormal romance and fantasy.
