I'm always on the lookout for audiobooks that genuinely capture the messy, beautiful complexity of human relationships, and Chasing Him is a resounding success in this regard. Ash Kingsley and Theo Sinclair bring the characters to life, with Kingsley's warm, gentle voice perfectly capturing Adriana's vulnerable side and Sinclair's smooth, confident tone bringing a welcome depth to Julian's quiet strength. The pacing is expertly handled, with a natural flow that never feels rushed or dragged out. If I have one quibble, it's that some of the supporting characters feel a tad one-dimensional at times – I would have loved to see more development of Adriana's son, for example. Still, this is a minor complaint in an otherwise outstanding production.
