Chromatic

I was hooked from the get-go with Chromatic. The concept of color magic is brilliant, and Bustamante's world-building is impressive, with intricate details that paint a vivid picture. The narration is top-notch, with Araya and Holland bringing a perfect balance of emotion and urgency to their performances. The pacing is swift, keeping listeners on the edge of their seats. My only critique is that some secondary characters could have been more fully developed, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook. The production is seamless, with sound effects and music used sparingly but effectively to enhance the listening experience.
