Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

I was thoroughly engrossed in Confluence from the opening pages, and narrator Brian Hutchison's captivating performance was a big reason why. His voice has a wonderful balance of authority and warmth, drawing listeners into the story and making it easy to become emotionally invested in the characters. One of the standout aspects of the book is its exploration of the complexities of power and control, which adds depth and nuance to the narrative. However, at times the pacing felt a tad uneven, with some plot threads feeling slightly rushed or underdeveloped. That being said, these minor quibbles didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the audiobook. Dunstall's world-building is incredibly detailed and immersive, and Hutchison's narration brought the characters and settings to vivid life. If you're a fan of science fiction or adventure stories, Confluence is definitely worth checking out.
