Creatures of the Lands: Books 1-3

As someone who's listened to my fair share of young adult fantasy, I can confidently say that Creatures of the Lands is a refreshing take on the genre. The world-building is impressive, with a rich tapestry of creatures and cultures that feel both familiar and new. Gold's narration is a highlight, his ability to distinguish between characters making it easy to follow the story. The pacing is steady, balancing action and dialogue without feeling rushed. My only critiques are minor: at times, the romantic tension feels forced, and some of the world's lore could have been integrated more smoothly into the narrative. Overall, though, this is a gripping listen that's perfect for fans of epic fantasy and magical creatures.
