AudioBook Atlas

As a sports romance fan, I was immediately drawn to Crush. The chemistry between Shea and Emma is palpable, and their slow-burn relationship is a joy to watch unfold. Duran's narration of Shea is spot-on, capturing the character's gruff exterior and the pain he hides beneath. Hart's Emma is equally well-crafted, her voice conveying the character's strength and vulnerability with equal measure. The pacing is excellent, balancing the tension on the ice with the growing romance off it. However, I did find the resolution of the main conflict a tad too neat, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise fantastic listen. Crush is a must-listen for fans of sports romance, and a great introduction to the genre for those new to it.
