As a huge fan of the Immortals After Dark series, I was excited to dive into 'Dark Needs at Night's Edge' and I wasn't disappointed. Robert Petkoff's narration is, as always, top-notch - his voice brings a level of depth and emotion to the characters that's simply captivating. The story itself is a masterclass in tension and release, with Cole expertly ratcheting up the stakes as our heroes navigate their forbidden love. My only quibble is that the pacing can feel a bit uneven at times, particularly in the middle section. However, this is a minor complaint in an otherwise excellent audiobook.
