Dark of the Moon

As a listener, I was immediately drawn into Brittany's world, her struggles, and her journey to find her place among the Dark Guardians. Julia Whelan's narration is nothing short of exceptional, bringing a raw emotionality to Brittany's character that had me invested from the start. The pacing is spot on, balancing moments of intense action with quieter, introspective scenes. However, I found the resolution of the central conflict a tad too neat, given the complexity of the story up to that point. Despite this, 'Dark of the Moon' is a compelling audiobook that kept me on the edge of my seat, eager to find out what happens next. It's a must-listen for fans of young adult fiction with a supernatural twist.
