As someone who loves a good mix of fantasy and romance, I found Deadly Game to be an absolute gem. The story is fast-paced and engaging, with a unique take on Greek mythology that had me hooked from the start. I particularly enjoyed the dynamic between the narrator duo, Erik Bloomquist and Amelie Griffin. Their performances were outstanding, with Bloomquist's deep, resonant voice bringing a sense of gravitas to the godly characters, and Griffin's emotive delivery bringing heart and vulnerability to the human protagonists. The production quality is top-notch, with seamless transitions between narrators and no distracting background noise. My only critique is that the pacing could have been a bit smoother in the middle, but overall, this is a fantastic listen that I would highly recommend.
