Deadly Stakes

As I listened to Deadly Stakes, I found myself completely absorbed in Ali Reynolds' world. Karen Ziemba's narration is a big part of what makes this audiobook so compelling - her voice is clear, expressive, and perfectly suited to the character. One of the things that sets Deadly Stakes apart is its thoughtful exploration of the complexities of the justice system, particularly in cases where the line between guilt and innocence is blurred. My only slight criticism is that the supporting cast can sometimes feel a bit one-dimensional, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise engaging and suspenseful listen. Overall, Deadly Stakes is a thrilling ride that will keep you guessing until the very end.
