I was immediately drawn into Der Tod der Mrs Westaway by Ruth Ware, thanks to the expert narration by Julia Nachtmann. Her portrayal of the protagonist, Harriet, was both engaging and believable, making it easy to empathize with her plight. The story itself is a masterful blend of mystery, suspense, and intrigue that kept me guessing until the very last chapter. What I particularly enjoyed about this audiobook was the way the plot was woven together, with each twist and turn keeping me invested in the outcome. However, I did find that some of the character relationships felt a bit underdeveloped, which occasionally broke the immersion for me.
