AudioBook Atlas

As someone who's a sucker for gritty, atmospheric crime novels, I was immediately drawn into John Connolly's Every Dead Thing. From the very first chapter, I found myself unable to tear my ears away from the audiobook. Jeff Harding's narration is phenomenal, his gravelly voice perfectly capturing the weariness and haunted nature of Charlie Parker. He imbues each character with a distinct personality, making it easy to follow the various threads of the story. The production values are also top-notch, with atmospheric soundscapes and eerie background music that enhance the story's mood. However, I did find the pacing a bit uneven at times, with some sections feeling rushed while others dragged on a bit too long. Nonetheless, for fans of dark, gritty crime thrillers, Every Dead Thing is an unputdownable listen that delivers on all fronts.
