Framed by a Forgery

As a long-time fan of cozy mysteries, I was thrilled to stumble upon Framed by a Forgery. From the get-go, I was hooked by the charming characters and the tantalizing mystery that unfolds. Mary Sarah's narration is, without a doubt, a major contributor to this audiobook's success. She brings Lacey and the supporting cast to life with a delightful warmth that makes them feel like old friends. My only minor quibble is that, at times, the supporting cast feels a tad one-dimensional – I would have loved to see more depth and complexity in some of the secondary characters. However, this is a minor complaint in what is otherwise a masterfully crafted whodunit. With its effortless blend of humor, suspense, and small-town charm, Framed by a Forgery is a perfect autumnal listen that will keep you guessing until the very end.
