AudioBook Atlas

I was hooked from the start by Gabe's raw, visceral pain. Hackett doesn't shy away from the emotional weight of his loss, and neither do the narrators. Kafer's performance is particularly impressive, conveying Gabe's stoicism and inner turmoil with equal measure. The pacing is excellent, balancing intense action sequences with quieter, more intimate moments. The only critique I have is that some of the alien descriptions can feel a bit generic at times, but it's a minor quibble in an otherwise engaging listen. Overall, Gabe is a thrilling, emotional ride that's perfect for listeners who enjoy their romance with a side of explosions.
