AudioBook Atlas

I devoured Getting Even in one sitting - Woody Allen's narration is infectious, and his dry wit had me chuckling out loud more times than I can count. The stories and essays are clever and well-crafted, with some truly laugh-out-loud moments. One of my favorites was the piece on the invention of the sandwich - it's a great example of Allen's ability to find humor in the mundane. My only critique is that some of the essays feel a bit dated, with references that may not land with listeners who aren't familiar with 1970s pop culture. Additionally, the production is a bit sparse, with no music or sound effects to enhance the listening experience. Still, Allen's narration and writing more than make up for it, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying the audiobook.
