Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

I was hooked from the very beginning of Glow: The Revelations of Oriceran, thanks in no small part to Brittany Pressley's enchanting narration. Her voice has a way of making even the most mundane scenes feel special, and her performance brings a depth and nuance to the story that's hard to find in many fantasy audiobooks. Pressley's pacing is impeccable, skillfully balancing action, dialogue, and introspection to create a narrative that flows like a gentle stream. One of the standout features of Glow is its exploration of the relationships between Victoria and those around her. The way the author portrays the complex web of friendships, family ties, and romantic entanglements is both relatable and authentic, making it easy to become invested in the characters' journeys. If I have one critique, it's that some of the supporting characters feel a bit one-dimensional at times, lacking the depth and development that Victoria and a few select others receive. However, this is a minor quibble in an otherwise captivating story that will keep listeners on the edge of their seats.
