As a science enthusiast, I was thrilled to find Grizzled. Matt Boren's narration is spot-on, capturing the humor and enthusiasm of Bittel's writing. His ability to bring each animal to life, from the humble platypus to the mighty grizzly bear, is commendable. The pacing is excellent, with each chapter focusing on a different animal, making it easy to listen in short bursts. However, I did find some of the jokes to be hit or miss, with a few feeling forced. But overall, Grizzled is a fun and informative listen that left me with a newfound appreciation for the animal kingdom.
