Listening to Hidden from Sight was like being on a wild, white-knuckle ride through the mean streets of London. Jonathan Keeble's narration is nothing short of exceptional, his gravelly voice perfectly capturing the grimy, desperate tone of the story. He imbues each character with a distinct voice and personality, making it easy to keep track of the large cast, even as the plot careens from one unexpected twist to another. The pacing is relentless, with Rigby expertly ratcheting up the tension until it feels like the very air is crackling with electricity. My only critique is that some of the supporting characters could have been a bit more fully realized, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
