How to Manage in Times of Crisis

As someone who's weathered a few storms in my career, I found 'How to Manage in Times of Crisis' refreshingly proactive. Adizes doesn't dwell on the 'what ifs' of crisis, but instead focuses on the 'what nows' and 'what nexts'. Greg Mathers' narration is excellent, capturing Adizes' calm, almost Zen-like approach to crisis management. My only critique is that at times, the pace feels a tad slow, but that's a small price to pay for the wealth of insights. I also wish there were more real-life examples, but overall, this is a must-listen for any leader looking to future-proof their organization.
