Invasion of the Body Squeezers: Part 1

Fred Berman's narration is a standout feature of this audiobook. He expertly captures the voice of a curious and slightly anxious preteen, drawing listeners in from the start. The pacing is spot on, building tension with each strange occurrence at Mr. Fleshman's house, then deflating it with a perfectly timed punchline. The only minor critique is that some of the adult voices could use more distinction, but overall, it's a fantastic listen. Stine's signature humor and suspense make this a must-listen for fans of his other works, and a great introduction for new listeners.
