I devoured 'Le Trône de verre' in one sitting, drawn in by Kelly Marot's captivating narration and Sarah J. Maas's deft world-building. Marot's performance is phenomenal, conveying Celaena's sass and vulnerability with ease. The pacing is relentless, mirroring Celaena's own unyielding spirit. My only quibble is that some of the supporting characters feel a tad underdeveloped, but Celaena's narrative voice is so strong it carries the story through. One area where the production truly shines is in its handling of the more intense, suspenseful scenes – the sound design is superb, making for a truly immersive experience. Overall, a fantastic listen for fans of strong heroines and fantasy.
