Left on Tenth

As a listener, I was immediately drawn into Ephron's world, thanks to the exceptional narration. Julianna Margulies' warm, intimate voice is the perfect vessel for Ephron's vulnerable, heartfelt storytelling. Peter Gallagher and Peter Francis James provide a nice contrast, their deeper tones adding gravitas to the narrative. The pacing is steady, allowing the story to unfold naturally, with no rush to reach the end. However, I found the transitions between narrators and characters a bit jarring at times, which could be improved with more distinct vocal shifts. Despite this, Left on Tenth is a powerful, emotional journey that left me reflecting on my own connections and losses. It's a must-listen for fans of candid memoirs and exceptional audiobook performances.
