AudioBook Atlas

As someone who's not usually a fan of romance novels, I was pleasantly surprised by Lights Out. The confined setting is ingenious, making the 13-hour flight feel like a ticking time bomb. Virtual Voice's narration is stellar, bringing the characters to life with a range that's impressive, especially considering the entire story takes place in a single location. The pacing is spot-on, with just the right balance of tension and intimacy. However, I did find some of the plot twists a tad predictable, and I wish there was more depth to the secondary characters. Overall, though, Lights Out is a gripping listen that's perfect for fans of romantic suspense looking for a unique setting and a compelling narrative.
