The audiobook, narrated by Adriana Galindo and Carlos Monroy, was an enjoyable listen, with both narrators bringing their A-game to the table. Galindo's portrayal of Magnolia Parks was especially captivating, conveying the character's complexity and growth throughout the story. Monroy's deep and brooding voice perfectly captured BJ Ballentine's essence, making it easy to understand the allure of this enigmatic character. One aspect that I appreciated was the pacing of the audiobook, which allowed for a gradual build-up of tension and emotional investment in the characters' relationship. However, I did feel that the supporting characters were not as well-developed as the main couple, which slightly diminished the overall impact of the story.
