Murder and Mayheim

I was immediately drawn into 'Murder and Mayhem' by the engaging narration of Kate Wisniewski. She captures Cassie's quick wit and curiosity perfectly, making her an instantly likable protagonist. The story itself is a clever blend of mystery and humor, with a cast of quirky characters that had me guessing until the very end. The pacing is spot on, building tension and suspense without losing the lighthearted tone that makes this book so enjoyable. My only critique is that some of the secondary characters could have been more fully developed, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent listen.
