AudioBook Atlas

As someone who enjoys a good historical mystery, I was drawn to Murder in Venice by Maria Luisa Minarelli, and I wasn't disappointed. The narrator, Fred Stella, brings the story to life with his expressive voice, capturing the essence of 18th-century Venice. He delivers the dialogue with the perfect mix of urgency and sophistication, making it easy to imagine the characters and their interactions. The pacing of the story is well-crafted, building tension as the mystery unfolds. However, I did find that some of the historical details could have been more engaging or relevant to the plot. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook and would recommend it to fans of mystery and historical fiction.
