As an audiobook editor, I was blown away by the sheer charm and wit of these mysteries. Amanda Ronconi's narration is a big part of what makes this boxed set so enjoyable, her warm, expressive voice conveying the characters' emotions and personalities with ease. One thing that did feel slightly jarring was the abrupt transition between books – while each story is expertly crafted, the shift in tone and pace between them can be a bit disorienting.
