I devoured Phoenix Rockstar in a single sitting, and it's all thanks to Virtual Voice's captivating narration and Bella Jewel's irresistible storytelling. The banter between Phoenix and his love interest, Lily, is sharp and witty, with just the right amount of tension to keep you on the edge of your seat. The pacing is spot on, balancing steamy scenes with enough plot development to keep the story moving. However, I must admit, the cliffhanger ending had me cursing under my breath. But hey, it's a sign of a good book when you're desperate for more, right? My only critique is that I wished for a bit more world-building, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise fantastic listen.
