As a fan of first contact stories, I found Reality Bleed: Season 1 to be an incredibly satisfying listen. Taylorson's narration is top-notch, masterfully conveying the desperation and fear of the characters as they grapple with the alien threat. The story's pacing is excellent, balancing action and suspense with moments of quiet dread. Foster's world-building is impressive, with a fascinating take on alien biology and a compelling mystery at the heart of the story. My only critique is that some secondary characters could have used more development, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
