AudioBook Atlas

As a listener, I found myself utterly charmed by Rival to Resist. Janna Fox's narration is a standout feature, her voice perfectly capturing Elizabeth's intelligence, wit, and passion. The pacing is spot-on, building tension and suspense as Elizabeth navigates the treacherous waters of politics and love. The chemistry between Elizabeth and her rival-turned-love-interest is palpable, and their banter is delightfully witty. My only critique is that I wish we'd seen more of the supporting characters' development, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent listen. This is historical fiction at its finest, with a romance that's as compelling as it is unexpected.
