As someone who's usually skeptical of teen-focused thrillers, I was pleasantly surprised by 'Special Forces Cadets 2: Missing'. Dan Morgan's narration is a standout feature, his ability to convey the cadets' youthful energy and determination making their dangerous mission feel all the more compelling. The story moves at a steady pace, balancing action sequences with moments of reflection that allow the characters to grow. However, I found some of the supporting characters underdeveloped, and a few plot twists felt a bit convenient. Despite these minor critiques, the audiobook's unique setting and high-stakes premise make it a gripping listen that will appeal to both teen and adult fans of action-packed thrillers.
