His narration is the secret weapon here—it’s not the polished, monotone delivery of some corporate audiobook. Hormozi sounds like he’s in your ear, riffing on real-world examples with the kind of frustration you’ve felt when a lead slips through the cracks. The production is clean, but the energy never feels forced; it’s like listening to a coach yell encouragement from the sidelines. That said, the workbook is where this stumbled for me. The exercises are useful, but the deep dives into tracking metrics and A/B testing felt a bit too granular for an audiobook. I’d have loved a PDF companion with visuals or templates to follow along without pausing to scribble notes. And while the pacing is fast, some of the examples—like his obsession with ‘free + shipping’ offers—bordered on repetitive after the third mention. Still, the core message is undeniable: most businesses leave money on the table by not optimizing their existing leads. By the end, I had a clear, executable plan for my own pipeline. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start converting, this is the closest thing to a cheat code in the leads game.
